Food Safety Programs

Here at Pacific First Aid, we offer more than just first aid training. We are also a proud Training Partner of TrainCan Inc for Food Safety Programs. Currently, we are offering two levels of Food Safety courses, both of which are recognized in British Columbia as FOODSAFE equivalent courses. BASICS.fst – Basic Food Safety

This course is intended for those who are food handlers: a cook, prep, server or cleaner.

Basic Fst. has been designed to meet all of the recommended requirements of the Canadian Food Retail and Food Services Code and Regulations. Our food safety training programs are very interactive to ensure students get the full understanding of the knowledge!

Completion of this course will grant you a FOODSAFE 1 Equivalent Certificate.

8 Hours – $85.00 (Proctoring included)

 

Food safety is part of everyone’s job, from the person who receives the food to the person who packages or serves the food. Guests expect safe food and are becoming more concerned about it each day. Keep them safe with the knowledge acquired in BC BASICS.fst. Take the knowledge home and keep you and your family safe too.

ADVANCED.fst – Advanced Food Safety

This course is intended for managers, supervisors and owner operators.

Advanced fst. has been designed to meet all of the recommended requirements of the Canadian Food Retail and Food services Code and Regulations. This program contains a much more in depth understanding of the safety procedures, ways to ensure food safety compliance and ways to work our programs so your staff/crew is following the strict principles at your workplace. Our food safety training programs are very interactive to ensure students get the full understanding of the knowledge!

Completion of this course will grant you a FOODSAFE 2 Equivalent Certificate.

8-10 Hours – $145.00
